The 2026 Farm Bill, recently announced by House Agriculture Committee Chairman GT Thompson, contains language that could jeopardize existing state laws banning the cruel confinement of laying hens, mother pigs, and baby calves for veal.

We cannot let industrial animal agriculture use federal law to roll back the progress you have already made for animals.
